On your first visit our staff will give you a thorough computerised fitness assessment enclosing details of your bodyfat, blood pressure, grip strength, flexibility, lung function and aerobic capacity. Based on these results and your own personal mission (to improve your shape, lose weight, tone up or simply to improve your fitness level) we will design a personalised programme to suit your needs. By attending on a regular basis under our constant supervision, you will get the results you have always wished for. Your appointed personal instructor will also update your programme on a regular basis.
